central location breakfast option helpful staff daily coffee
The hotel is located close to Gran Via. Breakfast had several good options. The staff assisted with directions. Coffee and water with fruit sat in the lobby all day, I found it useful. I liked the pastries put out in the afternoon.
The room felt small. I wanted more space to move around in. I wish it was larger.

The breakfast included a variety of choices, it made the mornings easy. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and different kinds of bread available. I did like the coffee served each morning.

location was central to everything. breakfast had a large variety of foods. staff gave helpful recommendations. room was very spacious and also clean.
the air conditioner only set to one cold temperature. i could not readjust it. bed was uncomfortable, it folded in the middle.

The location is central. I appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk. coffee and tea were available, convenient.
The shower did not have hot water. I reported it on the first day. It was not fixed by the second morning.
